Springs - Coil

All Ironman coil springs have been carefully designed to provide a safe, comfortable ride while also providing additional ground clearance. Ironman coil springs are made from the finest silicon manganese spring steel available. All coil springs are computer designed and tested prior to mass production. Ironman coil springs are coiled on automatic, computer-controlled coiling machines and heat-treated at precise temperatures. After heat treatment, every coil spring is 'shot-blasted' to ensure long life, preset to its solid height and load tested to avoid spring sag. All springs are electro-static powder-coated for a gleaming appearance. Provides approximately 45mm lift.
