Bushes

Ironman Polyurethane Bushes feature a unique high density injection moulded polyurethane material, making them very durable in hot temperatures whilst providing soft comfortable vehicle ride. All Ironman spring bushes also feature the special spiral and flange grooves to distribute lubricating grease evenly throughout the bushing surface when combined with greasable shackles and pins.

Springs - Coil

All Ironman coil springs have been carefully designed to provide a safe, comfortable ride while also providing additional ground clearance. Ironman coil springs are made from the finest silicon manganese spring steel available. All coil springs are computer designed and tested prior to mass production. Ironman coil springs are coiled on automatic, computer-controlled coiling machines and heat-treated at precise temperatures. After heat treatment, every coil spring is 'shot-blasted' to ensure long life, preset to its solid height and load tested to avoid spring sag. All springs are electro-static powder-coated for a gleaming appearance. Provide approximately 40mm lift.

Springs - Leaf

A quality Leaf Spring contains two vital elements. A great design and the best raw material money can buy. These are the fundamentals of all Ironman leaf springs. All Ironman leaf springs provide your 4x4 with increased ground clearance, enhanced stability, load carrying ability and support for accessories such as a bull bar or winch. Free Australia-wide delivery. Provides approximately 25mm of lift. Shackles, pins and bushes sold separately. These springs require Ironman bushes, factory bushes will not fit.

Ubolts & Shackles

Ironman shackle kits are perfectly matched to be fitted with Ironman polyurethane bushes and come complete with protected grease nipples, recessed nuts and washers. Ubolts are cold formed for long life. Orders over $100 receive free Australia-wide delivery.
